With 18 years of clinical experience, Sabrina brings a depth of perspective that only comes from years of hands-on practice and working with a wide range of conditions. Over time, she has seen that effective, lasting recovery is rarely one-size-fits-all and that the best outcomes come from using the right combination of strategies for each individual.

To obtain his undergraduate education, Dr. Merogi attended York University in Toronto and received a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and health science. Next, he moved to the U.S. to attend New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree there and enjoyed the experience of living in a different country.

Annie Kim is a Registered Massage Therapist, who also studied Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University. In her previous years, she attained a bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts and has been working as a visual designer for many years.

Dr. Vieira brings a wealth of knowledge in natural and holistic healthcare, and we are thrilled to have him as part of our team.
He has a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through natural therapies and personalized treatment plans.

Andrea is a Registered Massage Therapist known for her clinical insight, movement-based approach, and results-driven care. She is a graduate of the highly regarded Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and also holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, a foundation that gives her a deep, practical understanding of biomechanics, injury, and human movement.
