Lisa graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2007. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Her treatment specialties include prenatal and infant massage, sports and sports injury massage, deep tissue massage, motor vehicle accident recovery massage and lymph drainage massage. She has been playing sports her entire life with some injuries along the way which provides great insight into how to sympathize and treat her clients effectively.
Since becoming a massage therapist she has also received training in tuina (Chinese massage), traditional Thai massage, myofascial release therapy, lymphatic drainage therapy, myoskeletal alignment technique.
Her style of massage reflects a bringing together of science-based western modalities and ancient oriental art of healing.
Elizabeth listens and thinks outside the box when developing treatment plans with her clients and encourages them to engage in self-care exercises to reach their treatment goals expeditiously.
