We are now able to treat non- emergency cases

​

We want to assure you that we have taken many precautionary measures to help ensure the safety of our patients and staff for the re-opening of our clinic. Some of these measures include:
 

• Installed plexiglass

• Clinical safety signage

• PPE station
   

We ask that all our patients comply with our protocols outlined below to help conquer the potential spread of COVID-19 within our clinic and our community. The following are the precautions Body Cure and Therapy will be taking before and during all appointments:

• There will be patient screening at the time of booking and upon entering the clinic to ensure you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms or have come into contact with anyone that has symptoms or the virus.

• We ask that you attend your appointment alone, absolutely no kids, spouses, siblings etc....

• We have installed plexiglass barriers on the front desk to ensure safe check-in and out for patients.

• Safe physical distancing rules will be applied once in the clinic. We have set up distance markers to ensure distancing is maintained.

• We have minimized our waiting area to a couple of chairs which are set up 2 meter apart. Our goal is to have no patients waiting in the area. We ask for patients to contact our front desk staff from your vehicle to check-in, there which our receptionist will inform you when you are able to enter the clinic for your appointment.

• We are allowing disinfecting time in between each patient to ensure cleaning and sanitizing is done to all surfaces. Therefore, we ask that you are punctual to your appointment to avoid running behind with patient appointments.

• We require doctors/therapists and patients to use masks and gloves during your appointment. If you don't have the proper PPE we will provide it to you upon arrival.

• Upon arrival we will have a sanitizing station to disinfect your hands before entering the clinical area.

• Following Ontario Health guidelines effective immediately Body Cure Sport and Therapy will no longer offer complimentary beverages and snacks.

• As a form of payments will be accepting, Debit, credit, insurance, and email transfers. There will be no cash payment at this time.

 

We thank you for your understanding in these matters and hope you understand that in these unprecedented times we have to take unprecedented measures to ensure the safety of our staff and patients. We are thrilled to be able to treat our patients again and are truly thankful for your support and patience during these times.
